A decent product. No major pros or cons, good for daily use. 1. Texture Similar to a hydrating gel cream. Feels moisturizing and applies smoothly. 2. Scent Has a propolis smell. If you've ever taken propolis supplements, you'll recognize it instantly. This might be a turn-off for some. 3. Absorption Absorbs well. After washing your face, just pat it in and it sinks right in. Once absorbed, it leaves a slightly tacky yet powdery finish. 4. Suitability for sensitive skin: Ok Initially, I felt a slight tingling and warming sensation. To be honest, it made me a bit nervous, but after using it a few times, it was fine. No blemishes appeared. 5. Recommended skin type: Oily It can be a bit drying. Seems best suited for oily skin types. It stings when applied to broken skin or after pore cleansing. First-time users might experience a warming sensation or slight irritation. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinJun 6, 2024
I tried this product because propolis works well for me, and I'm pleased with how it absorbs well and provides just the right amount of hydration. It's not really meant for tackling dryness. Nothing particularly special about it - just a very ordinary product. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinDec 12, 2023
The texture is unique and it seems to absorb well without running down the skin. It gives a nice hydrated feeling! I recently stopped using it due to skin blemishes and have slowly started using it again. It doesn't seem to be causing any new blemishes, which is good. However, rather than balancing oil and moisture, it feels a bit ambiguous in its effects. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinNov 16, 2023
Since I don't use toner, I use this as my first serum. It absorbs well and isn't sticky, which I really like. This is probably true for most products, but it's frustrating when you can't pump out the last bit of product as you're finishing it up. Right after cleansing, I layer it on generously about twice. This seems to help the ampoule I apply afterwards absorb even better. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJun 14, 2023
I was worried the propolis might make it heavy and suffocating, but it's not like that at all! It absorbs well and feels light, which I love. Propolis really agrees with my skin, and I could feel the improvement right away after using this ampoule. I highly recommend this product! There wasn't a single disappointing thing about it. I was completely satisfied with my experience. I used it more as part of my evening skincare routine rather than in the morning. It seemed to prepare my skin perfectly for the emulsion and cream that followed the ampoule step. My skin just drank them up! I definitely plan to repurchase this. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopy SkinSensitive SkinApr 9, 2023
It makes your skin feel incredibly soft and smooth. First, it deeply hydrates your skin, and both its absorption and application are excellent. The packaging is also designed for easy dispensing, making it more convenient to use compared to other ampoules. There are honestly no downsides to mention. Even the distinctive sticky scent of propolis is barely noticeable. I highly recommend this to anyone whose skin responds well to propolis. When applied before makeup, it creates a perfect base that allows your makeup to adhere beautifully. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinDec 29, 2022
Great value for the generous amount. I was thrilled to see it contains a high concentration of propolis extract instead of just purified water. Curious about propolis products, I gave it a try and was impressed. It has a slightly sticky texture, but you can feel the nourishment as you apply it, and it absorbs quickly into the skin. There wasn't really anything to complain about. It was pleasant and satisfactory overall. I heard vitamin C and propolis work well together, so I mixed it with powdered vitamin C before applying. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinMar 15, 2022
It absorbs well into the skin and has an excellent soothing effect on irritated areas While the hydration could be better, it's not a major concern since I'll be applying cream afterward This is perfect for nighttime care when followed up with resurrection plant cream - Hwahae UserDry SkinMar 2, 2022
The gel texture has great hydration and absorbs well. There's no stickiness, and it applies smoothly. It's passed skin irritation tests, so you can use it with peace of mind! Plus, there's no noticeable scent. There weren't any major drawbacks. If I had to nitpick, since it's a gel formula, you might need to apply a moisturizer after some time. Oh, and it contains a high concentration of propolis, so those who don't react well to propolis should avoid it. It's great for those with dry skin who need hydration and can be used lightly. It also helps with sebum control, so I'd recommend it for oily skin types or anyone needing sebum management. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinFeb 28, 2022
I switched from the Beyond Moisture Gel as the weather started warming up, looking for something lighter. This absorbs faster and feels more refreshing than what I was using before. I've tried propolis ampoules from other brands before, and they had a distinct scent, but this one doesn't. So it might be less overwhelming for those sensitive to fragrances. I'm not sure if it's because my skin has become more sensitive lately or if the product just doesn't suit me, but I seem to be getting small blemishes. I'm planning to take a break for a few days and then try it again. Can be used as an alternative to moisture gel!
