Even without using a separate oil cleanser, it reduces sebum around the nose area. It seems to manage dead skin cells to some extent, leaving the skin feeling smooth without any tightness. The foam is gentle, allowing for irritation-free cleansing. The product container is quite sturdy. As someone with extremely oily skin, I found Ode Silk fantastic. Its rich, creamy lather cleanses thoroughly, leaving my face feeling squeaky clean. Despite such a deep cleanse, I was pleasantly surprised that it didn't leave my skin feeling dry or tight at all! The foam is delightfully rich and creamy. You don't need to put in much effort to create this luxurious lather. The satisfying texture actually makes cleansing enjoyable, encouraging a thorough face wash. Perhaps that's why my skin, which felt rough before washing, becomes smooth and squeaky clean afterward. It's especially effective at removing impurities around the nose and cheekbones where masks touch - the cleansing effectiveness is truly impressive. The scent isn't particularly pleasant. The foam is incredibly rich and creamy. Not all bubbles are created equal, right? It's not like those airy, hollow bubbles - this foam feels dense and substantial, which I really appreciate. While I found it fine to use, some people might not be fond of the scent... It works great with a pore cleansing brush! Using a tool instead of your hands might give even better results.
