When shampooing, lather it up, massage it into your scalp, leave it for a few minutes, then rinse it off.

It doesn't make your hair exceptionally soft. You definitely need to use a conditioner or treatment along with it.

As someone with sensitive scalp, I often experience issues when using just any shampoo. However, when I consistently use this product during blemishes flare-ups, it definitely calms things down. I always make sure to stock up on this through international shopping so I never run out.
