The color is indeed quite unique. I expected a purple shade when I bought it, but it's more of a... red bean paste color? It's a muted purple, so if you want to use it on its own, you need to match your entire makeup look to the lip mood! The formula is a standard lipstick texture, which I like as it's not particularly divisive.
There wasn't much to dislike about the Hince lipstick product. However, the case felt a bit underwhelming for the price point. When you twist it up to apply, it feels a bit wobbly, which makes it seem less sturdy.
