It can be applied to the areas where the skin is flipped over, and you can see that it settles down a bit in the morning!! Especially on days when you don't have severe acne and your sensitive skin is somewhat managed, so that acne doesn't break out too much, using it on those days can help with quick recovery!!

I don't recommend it when your skin is really bad and your skin barrier is compromised. It immediately feels stinging and irritating, and it just makes your skin flip over even more!!
