I've heard a lot of good things about it, so I bought a bottle of Hwahae and used it all up. It has a sticky formula, and if you're using it for exfoliation, after cleansing, apply the toner, pump out the essence, and gently roll it on - you'll feel the whiteheads coming out. Then cleanse with just water and apply a moisturizer. If your goal is hydration, pump it out and apply, gently patting it in for better absorption.

It was nice that it was odorless. It spread out like runny nose, but the spreadability was as light as a toner, so I was a bit surprised.
