The 500ml size is generous in volume, and the products contain extracts of spearmint, tea tree, and menthol, which give a refreshing sensation on the scalp during use. After using them consistently for over a month, I found that my scalp no longer experienced itchiness or visible flakes, which has been very satisfying. Most importantly, the products are made with plant-derived surfactants, which puts my mind at ease. I highly recommend these products and will be repurchasing them.
ConsThe hair product has a strong scent of menthol and tea tree, rather than a fragrant, perfume-like aroma. For customers who place a high importance on fragrance, this product may receive mixed reviews.

The price-to-volume ratio, or the cost-effectiveness, is good. I bought it because the ingredients are decent. Don't expect too much in terms of effects~ It feels smooth right after use, but the effect doesn't seem to last long. There's a slippery feeling, so you need to rinse it several times when washing it off. By the way, Depa recently explained it in the 2022 Hair Treatment Top of Top. She said it's a C grade.
ConsPersonally, I don't like the scent. It's similar to a mint scent, but also has a faint medicinal smell, and I didn't like it. There will likely be mixed opinions. If it's going to be like this, I think it would be better if there was no scent at all.

First of all, I have a sensitive scalp, so I can immediately tell if a product is gentle or not when I use it. The menthol ingredient gave it a refreshing and gentle texture that I really liked. I had been treating a scalp inflammation, and I noticed that the redness in that area decreased, so I'm determined to keep using this product. I'll have to use it for a longer period to know for sure, but out of all the scalp treatments I've used, this is the one I like the most, and I can see why it's ranked #1 on Hwahae. The size is also large, so I think it will last me a long time. I'll definitely be ordering this again when I run out. ^^ If you also have a sensitive scalp that's prone to inflammation and heat, I'd recommend giving this a try!♡
ConsThere wasn't really anything disappointing about it. I have a lot of heat on my scalp, so I found the menthol scent to be refreshing and pleasant, but I can see how it might be a love-it-or-hate-it kind of thing for some people! But since it gave me a refreshed feeling, I'm a fan of it as well :)

I'm thinking of adding a review after about a month. 👉The best thing was that the volume was substantial. In the case of treatments, I don't use them as often or as much as shampoo, but that's why it's a hassle to buy them separately. It's convenient to buy a large volume and use it until it runs out. 👉And it's not rich. Honestly, when using treatment products, many of them have a lot of ingredients and silicone added to make the hair texture dramatically better. That's why I always felt like my hair was coated with something unpleasant after using treatments, even though the texture felt soft and smooth. This product doesn't give an instant, dramatic change, but it gives the impression of gently enveloping the hair. 👉I pumped it four or five times. Some people said the amount that comes out is too little, but in my case, I apply it by dividing the front, crown, back, and sides when washing my hair, so I think the amount that comes out in one area is just right, and I was satisfied with it! (Especially, the container is designed so that you can turn the pump and lock it again, which seems convenient when packing or not using it)
Cons👉🤔The product I applied for was for scalp care, but the product description only mentioned applying it to the hair ends and waiting, so I was confused whether it was not for the scalp but just a regular treatment to be used like a normal one. So I've just been applying it to the hair and using it that way. 👉The scent will definitely be divisive. It has a refreshing menthol scent... ? I thought there might not be any additional ingredients just for the fragrance, but in any case, it's not a scent I particularly prefer.

But the Nad Sensitive Treatment seems to really focus on 'scalp care', so I didn't find it burdensome to use at all! I was quite worried about it beforehand, but it turned out I didn't need to be.😁 Even for my oily scalp, it didn't feel greasy or heavy! The treatment has a minty-menthol kind of scent and a slightly warming sensation, but it's not overpowering, so it gives a refreshing feeling on the scalp, which is great for summer! And most importantly, my hair feels incredibly soft now. I haven't been using it for that long, but as soon as I applied it, my tangled hair became smooth and straight - I was really surprised! It's absolutely amazing, I'm so satisfied with it👍 Another plus point is that the pump part is divided into 'open' and 'stop', so you don't have to worry about accidentally squeezing out the product onto the floor while using it. That kind of attention to detail is really appreciated.
ConsI was a bit unsure about how much I should use. And those who dislike menthol-like scents might have a love-hate relationship with this product!

Trial Reviewers' reviews undergo the same strict verification process as regular reviews, and if they don't meet our standards, revisions will be requested.ProsFor the past 2 years, my long hair has only been permed, so after shampooing, I thoroughly applied the product from my scalp to the damaged ends of my hair, and after 5 minutes of rinsing, it was not only soft, but the mildly acidic formula did not irritate my scalp at all. If your hair is dry and brittle from frequent bleaching, coloring, or long-term perming, this product can help provide the moisture and shine your hair needs.
ConsThe 6 herbs and menthol ingredients give it a slightly medicinal scent, unlike a typical herbal fragrance, due to the artemisia and mugwort extracts. While the beneficial ingredients are emphasized, I personally would prefer a more refreshing, herbal-based scent. However, the formula itself was good, so I only deducted one star due to the fragrance.
TipIf you apply the treatment before showering and cover your hair with a shower cap or plastic, you can even get a steaming effect, which further enhances the product's absorption and leaves your hair feeling even softer.

It's especially nice in the summer, as it cools the scalp as well. It's meant to be applied to the hair, but when used on damp hair, the formula tends to get on the scalp too, which I really enjoyed! It also gives a nice scalp massage feeling. And after rinsing, the hair is definitely softer and more moisturized. It stays soft and smooth even after drying!
ConsFirst, the strong menthol scent may be divisive - it really opens up the nose! While not irritating, it can be quite intense. Also, the pump opening is quite narrow, so the product comes out in small amounts, requiring multiple firm pumps, which can be a bit of a hassle. Finally, the formula is quite thick, so it may work well in the summer, but in colder weather, it could potentially become a bit stiff and not absorb as easily into the hair.
TipI like to enhance the treatment effect by: (Shampoo - Apply treatment - Shower - Rinse treatment) First I shampoo, then I focus on applying the treatment to my hair. Instead of rinsing it out right away, I let it sit during my shower so the formula can better absorb. After the shower, when I rinse it out, the hair feels even softer and more moisturized compared to rinsing it immediately after application.

About 25cm below the shoulder line in length 2. Quite thick 3. Fine in texture 4. Ends are stiff and tend to tangle 5. No scalp irritation or sensitivity *Daily routine: Shampoo -> Conditioner (just the ends) -> Hair essence (just the ends) *During the Hwahae Trial Reviewer period, use conditioner on the entire head and skip the hair essence *I have a photo comparing the size of the 1500ml jumbo shampoo I'm using The positives are: 1. The menthol ingredient seems to make my hair feel refreshingly cool after washing 2. Even though I sweat a lot in the summer, my hair doesn't get oily too quickly 3. My hair tangles less when drying, requiring less brushing 4. The 500ml size lasts quite a while, longer than I expected
ConsThe downsides are: 1. The scent may be divisive - I was expecting a fragrant herbal aroma from the 6 botanical extracts, but it has more of a minty, pungent smell. It's not a huge issue, but I prefer the floral scent of my usual shampoo, which gets overpowered by the mint when I use the conditioner. 2. The pump dispenses a small amount, so I need to pump it at least 5 times to get enough for my hair. 3. My hair feels soft when wet but gets a bit stiff again as it dries. 4. I haven't yet found standout features that would make me want to repurchase this product. But it's still early, so I may discover more positives the more I use it.
TipNot a tip, but I've noticed that the more you massage the conditioner into your hair, the softer and smoother it feels. So be sure to really work it in.

Trial Reviewers' reviews undergo the same strict verification process as regular reviews, and if they don't meet our standards, revisions will be requested.ProsI have very thick and slightly curly hair, so I'm quite sensitive to hair texture. I thought I had tried many treatment products before... but this is the first time I've used a scalp care treatment. Since I have troublesome oily skin, I was a bit hesitant to apply it directly to my scalp, so I only applied it to my hair. When I first smelled the scent, I was worried that the healthy feel was not typical of a hair product, and that my hair might not become soft. While my hair did become softer, I didn't get the same calming feel as with other products. But since this product is sulfate and silicone-free for scalp care, I feel like it's not fair for me to expect that calming effect... The best part is that I didn't get any breakouts on my back or chest while using this! So I feel confident enough to try applying it directly to my scalp. I often get breakouts when using rich hair products, so I only use hair oil on special occasions. The fact that it doesn't cause any skin issues is a huge plus for me!!!
ConsFirst of all, I was surprised by the scent when I received the product... I'm not overly sensitive to the scent of face cosmetics, but the initial smell was like a piercing ammonia-like sensation... After taking a moment to calm down, I realized it was a tea tree and mint-like scent. If this were a shampoo, the scalp-cooling scent would have been nice. But since it's a treatment, I don't even need to apply it to my scalp... As someone who prefers hair products with pleasant scents, I was worried about this lingering smell even after drying my hair. But luckily, only the shampoo-like fragrance remained, which was a relief. And the pump is really inconvenient - it doesn't feel like it presses down easily, and the amount that comes out at once is not much, so those with thick hair or a lot of it might have to pump it many times!
