Hello! Today I'm bringing you a review of Hwahae's Multi-Acid Drip Serum. To be honest, I only discovered the Hwahae brand while using this product! The name 'Hwahae' is inspired by the Korean word for 'we', rearranging Korean consonants and vowels. I found the brand name intriguing, and now I know the story behind it! Hwahae is also a vegan beauty brand partnering with PETA, an international animal protection organization! There's a growing interest in vegan brands these days, and we're seeing more and more of them emerge. My first impression of using this product is that the water-based texture feels very lightweight on the skin. The serum absorbs exceptionally well, and you can really feel the difference in hydration between areas where you've applied it and where you haven't! I think this light serum is better suited for summer rather than winter or seasonal changes. It might work better for those with oily or acne-prone skin rather than combination dehydrated or dry skin types! Being a vegan brand, it seems like a product that even those with super sensitive skin can use without issues.
ConsAs this serum has zero oil content and is 100% focused on hydration, those with combination dehydrated or dry skin types like me might find they need to apply multiple layers to feel less dry.
