Applying it three times leaves your skin as moisturized as if you'd used a serum. It has a runny consistency and doesn't feel heavy even when applied generously.
ConsJust an average toner. It's decent for hydration, neither exceptionally good nor bad.

I've attached a spray nozzle to use it more conveniently. While it's not a watery formula, it has a slight viscosity that seems to keep my skin hydrated for longer. I was worried the thicker texture might feel heavy, but it doesn't at all, and it hasn't caused any breakouts. It's gentle, and I think the amount is quite generous! Rather than using it as an exfoliating toner, I prefer to apply it directly. I layer it three times with each application, and I've noticed a significant reduction in deep dryness. I'm about halfway through the bottle now, and I'd love to repurchase when I finish it!
ConsI haven't found any downsides yet! If I had to nitpick, I'd say it's slightly heavier than typical summer toners due to its viscosity.
TipOne application leaves your skin hydrated, but applying it three times makes the moisturizing effect last even longer!

Just like its counterpart, this toner is free from harmful substances and feels amazing on the skin! The hydrating gel texture has a nice consistency that applies smoothly, which I love. It's not slippery on the surface but absorbs quickly into the skin. What I appreciate most is how it leaves my skin feeling fresh without any tightness, making it super soft. I like to layer it multiple times to really boost hydration. On sticky summer days, I use this Water Balm toner as my first skincare step, and when my skin feels dry, I follow up with a cream-skin type EGF essence.
ConsThe only minor inconvenience might be having to twist the cap? While a pump would be more convenient, I actually like the pretty packaging of the Water Balm toner.
TipI saw a tip about using it as a toner pack with cotton pads, and it's truly a game-changer. It's great for soothing sensitive skin and providing a burst of hydration.

The product was very moisturizing when applied, and it had a nice, soft finish after a while, which I really liked as someone who doesn't like a heavy, stuffy feeling. Also, there were no irritating ingredients, which was great, and even my younger sibling liked using it because it was so gentle. I also think the lack of a strong scent is a plus for me. Lastly, the moisturizing effect was truly exceptional, far better than other products I've tried.
ConsHowever, there was some residue left in the opening of the container every time I used it, which was a bit inconvenient. But other than that, I really liked everything else about it.
TipI mixed this product with a green tea spray and sprayed it on myself frequently, and it seemed to have a soothing and moisturizing effect, even better than using it as a face pack.

Cosmetics are also progressing steadily :) 👍🏼 Texture It seems more suitable for an absorbing skin than a cleansing toner that washes off. I felt it was quite wasteful when I used it as a cleansing toner. (Perhaps because the size is not a large volume) The texture is not runny, and when applied to the back of the hand, it sticks right away. However, it doesn't feel stuffy or thick like a sticky skin when applied, but rather smoothly sinks in like a water-based skin. (But it's not as viscous as a water-based skin either) "In other words, it has good absorbency without being water-based!" 👍🏼 Absorbency I patted it all over my face after scooping it into my palm, and it was much lighter, more watery, and completely free of stickiness or slipperiness compared to the hyaluronic acid toner I used before. The absorbency is also excellent. So in terms of application, I found this to be even better~ 👍🏼 Ingredients It seems this toner has a well-blended combination of high, medium, and low molecular weight hyaluronic acids. The ingredients are also gentle, making me even more satisfied. 👍🏼 Moisturizing power When used as a skin on its own when short on time, it provides adequate moisture. When used in the 7-skin method, the moisturizing power increases a bit. It would be perfect to start using from now, transitioning from summer to fall before the seasonal changes. It's not too light, but also not heavy. The biggest advantage of this skin is its fast absorbency and ability to quickly replenish moisture. I think I can use it consistently even in the winter. I have repurchase intentions, but there are also other brands with similarly good ingredients, so I'm a bit conflicted in terms of competitiveness. Application 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 Absorbency 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 Moisturizing power 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏻 (when using the 7-skin method) In conclusion, when I pat this skin on, it definitely helps increase the moisture level for the next skincare step, rather than just maintaining moisture on its own. After all, a skin is just a skin haha
Cons👎🏼 It says it contains 6 types of peptide ingredients for energy delivery, but I'm not so sure about that. 🤔 I didn't really feel that effect haha 👎🏼 Usability The packaging is a bit inconvenient, as I can't open the lid and use it with one hand. It's also a bit smaller than I expected, which caught me off guard a little;
Tip1. If you put it on a cotton pad (that doesn't fly away in the air) and leave it on, it feels like a moisture pack and the makeup absorbs well. It's useful when you don't have time for the 7-skin method. 2. I was using the Bonajour Green Tea Water Bomb moisturizer before. I found this cream to be even better when used after. It has the moisturizing power you'd expect from Beurlebel's #1 product for oily skin. It doesn't dry out quickly over time. So I use it even on days with a lot of indoor activity in the summer. I tend to get occasional breakouts in the summer, but with this, I don't get many breakouts and my face becomes really well-hydrated. That's why people around me have commented that my skin looks brighter. Haha

And it's good that it fills in the moisture more. The oil-type toner has a stuffy feeling when applied, but since it's a water-type, it's light and refreshing to use.
ConsThe container where the toner comes out is too small, so it's inconvenient to use. It's a bit questionable(?) for those with very dry skin to use.
