There's nothing bad to say, except for the price. It keeps going up, which is disappointing. It's become quite expensive due to the price increases.

The color payoff and staying power are top-notch. It's wonderfully moisturizing. I have a habit of licking my lips, but I haven't found a lip product that compares to this one. It's even become my go-to gift for my mom.

The matte finish makes it quite disappointing in terms of longevity. I often use straws, and it disappears only in the center of my lips.

Highly recommended for those with a light undertone! It doesn't accentuate wrinkles and the color is absolutely gorgeous.

The price is a bit steep, and the ingredient list is quite intimidating... Sometimes ignorance is bliss.

Great for sensitive skin. It applies smoothly and moisturizes without feeling heavy.

As the product name suggests 'lacquer', it initially applies like a slick, moisturizing oil. However, after about 5 minutes, it sets to a matte finish, drying like lacquer and fixing firmly to the lips, which contributes to its longevity. But I'd never wear this lip product on a date. Once, I went to the bathroom and was shocked to see pigment particles clumped on my teeth. Since then, I rarely use it. While I might wear it when meeting friends, I'd be mortified if my boyfriend saw tint on my teeth when I smiled... It's the only lip product I own that transfers to my teeth, so despite liking the color, I won't repurchase anything from the lacquer line.

2. For me, it appears as a beautiful deep azalea color without any red undertones, likely to suit those with light undertones. I find this shade comforting and it brightens my face, so I really like the color. It would pair well with pink-lavender blushers.

Like other smoothly-applying Chanel lip products, its staying power isn't the best

My current favorite lip product! As a winter cool tone, I use it for both lips and cheeks. It looks natural and beautiful. The way it glides on is simply amazing!

I've heard so many recommendations for this as a cool-toned lip product that I bought this instead of a permanent one. But it's really, really warm. No matter how you look at the pigment, it's a warm pink. I love the formula, but the color is such a disappointment.

The texture is unique - it feels powdery but not drying. There's a slight coating sensation. It sets well and has great staying power.

When it was first released, it was advertised as an 8-hour mask-proof lipstick, which is why I bought it. Unfortunately, it fades much faster than that, nowhere near 8 hours, which is disappointing.

I have a cool undertone, slightly lighter than shade 13. On my lips, it appears as a deep red with a hint of brown rather than pink. The color creates a calm and sophisticated look, perfect for fall/winter. The advantages are its smooth application and how closely it matches the color in the tube. Unlike most liquid lipsticks that dry to a semi-matte finish and cause deep dryness, Chanel's Allure Laque has a semi-matte finish without any dryness. I'm very satisfied that I don't need to reach for lip balm while wearing it.

The only downside I can think of is how easily it comes off, but that just shows how satisfied I am with it overall! I just wish the staying power was a bit better.

There's a reason why it's expensive! It applies incredibly moisturizing and creates soft, supple lips. It looks so natural! The color is a delicate, slightly pinkish dried rose shade that's perfect for spring wear.

That's why I apply it fully and then blot with a tissue. This makes it adhere like a matte lipstick, improving its longevity and reducing transfer to masks. It works wonderfully!

It's not ideal for our mask-wearing times, as it tends to transfer onto the mask.

The color is absolutely gorgeous! It's the epitome of delicate shades you'd never find in a drugstore. It's so moisturizing that you don't need a separate lip balm, which is perfect for people like me who can't live without lip balm.
