It's emotional, modern, and simple, blending well with contemporary interiors whether they're white-toned or natural wood. Plus, being colorless and odorless makes it gender-neutral, so anyone can use it. It seems to absorb quickly. The texture feels a bit unusual. It's not my first time using it, but it's not exactly common, is it? Compared to just using toner and emulsion, it does seem to improve skin texture and provide hydration.
ConsI have to mention the same three points I brought up earlier. How can I not talk about the packaging design? Personally, I find it very frustrating that you can't check how much product is left. Not only is it visually blocked, but the weight of the bottle also prevents you from feeling it. While the weight does give a sense of luxury, it's still disappointing. Secondly, the unusual texture and feel. It's likely to be polarizing. How should I describe it...? Like... lubricant...? Lastly, while I obviously don't expect dramatic effects from skincare, you still tend to compare products within the same category. During my short time as a Hwahae Tester, I didn't particularly notice any effects.

Plumping hydration without causing blemishes I used this as the first step in my skincare routine as recommended. Initially, when I applied it some time after cleansing, it felt too dry. But then I tried applying one pump to each cheek right after patting my face dry, and spread it all over. This definitely locked in moisture from the start. Personally, I preferred using it after toner, but I stuck to the recommended method for this review. I found it maintained good hydration levels. 2. Fragrance-free While some might see the vegan aspect as a plus, I'm not a fan of vegan products yet (I question if it's right to exclude animal testing for products used by humans, who are animals). However, I really appreciate that it's fragrance-free. I have sensitive skin and allergies, but this didn't cause any redness or sneezing. It was also very comfortable under a mask without any overwhelming scent.
Cons1. Slow absorption While fine for leisurely evening routines, the slow absorption was frustrating during busy mornings. I needed a pump on each cheek to feel hydrated, but it took about 3 minutes to spread and absorb. Adding serum and cream steps meant 6-7 minutes total, which often made me want to just quickly apply toner instead. The hydration post-absorption was satisfying, but I felt I could achieve similar results with just serum and cream. 2. Opaque packaging prevents checking remaining product Many others have mentioned this issue too. 3. Overpriced for the quantity Considering it's a firming product with 100% natural ingredients, the price might not seem excessive. However, I'm not convinced it's worth the cost given its performance. While it didn't cause blemishes and provided decent hydration, I wouldn't repurchase at this price. There are many better alternatives available. The firming effects were minimal in my opinion. For this price, I'd rather buy a good moisturizer or eye cream.
TipApply immediately after cleansing and removing excess water! Pump onto both cheeks and spread for good hydration. Since it's winter, this product alone won't provide enough moisture. I layered it with two applications of ampoule, followed by a soothing cream. I recommend applying directly to your face rather than your hands first, as it can feel sticky when transferred from your fingers.

First off, the absorption was smooth and pleasant. However, it does become quite sticky after a short while. Initially, I was taken aback by the stickiness since I'm not a fan of oily textures. But when I checked the ingredients, I realized it's just 100% extract. So I figured I could tolerate it since it's not actually oil. The hydration is as satisfying as it is sticky! While I can't speak to specific skin changes yet as I haven't used it long enough, I did notice my skin feeling softer. I'm excited to see how my skin transforms with consistent use!
ConsFor those with oily skin who don't experience dryness in specific areas like me, this might feel a bit heavy for summer use. I wouldn't recommend it to those who dislike sticky textures. It gets so sticky that your hair might even stick to your face!

While I'm wary of products with too many ingredients, I was also skeptical about how effective a single ingredient could be. First off, it absorbs well! Two pumps cover everything, and you can feel a decent level of hydration and firmness. It seems to refine texture, and my skin felt comfortable. The instructions say to apply it first after cleansing, so I used it before my ampoule, toner, functional essence, and cream. It was perfect for my dry skin during the seasonal change.
ConsThose with oily skin might find it quite sticky. It seems to absorb slowly, so people who are busy in the morning or wear makeup might find it uncomfortable. Also, the bottle opening is too short, so if you're not careful when pumping, it can spill down the sides. It's such a luxurious and beautiful bottle, I wonder why they made the nozzle so short...
TipFor someone with extremely dry skin like me, this ampoule alone might not provide enough hydration when it gets chilly. In winter, adding a drop or two of oil might be necessary...

Packaging: When I first received it, I thought the packaging was really clean and pretty. The size was just right too! Texture: It's incredibly lightweight. The texture is very fluid yet has a slight viscosity! I love lightweight textures, so I was really satisfied. Not recommended for those who dislike thin formulas! It has a slight stickiness (similar to snail ampoules?) which makes it very smooth. This made it easy to spread a small amount thinly!! Scent: It's fragrance-free. You have to really try to notice any scent, so I recommend it for those sensitive to fragrances! Hydration: Using just one pump and applying it thinly on my face provided just the right amount of hydration, making my skin feel comfortable. I liked that I didn't need to layer it multiple times! (I'll mention what happens when you apply more in the drawbacks section!) After use: I had absolutely no blemishes! However, I didn't notice any particular improvements either. Still, I consider it a plus that it doesn't irritate the skin~
ConsPump: As shown in the photo, the pump stem(?) is too short, so every time I dispense the product, I worry it might touch and get smeared on the bottom part. It would have been better if it was made a bit longer. When applying too much! When I first started using it, I used two pumps each time, but it felt too sticky and heavy. As time passed, it didn't seem to absorb well, and instead felt like it was drying out my skin. It was so sticky and uncomfortable that I almost didn't want to use it, but when I applied it thinly, it was completely different and just right! Make sure to use only a little bit! Use such a small amount that you might wonder if it's enough~! I recommend using between one to one and a half pumps~!
TipAs emphasized above, apply sparingly!
