Pros

This is a great product for people with sensitive combination skin! As someone with sensitive skin, I can say that 'comfortable' means it doesn't cause irritation or breakouts. I really like that I can spray the toner without having to touch it. I used to use cleansing toners or toner packs occasionally, but since I have sensitive skin, even those were irritating, so I switched to this. I haven't had any particular breakouts since using this, and it's said to be mildly acidic, so I'm satisfied with using it.
Cons
The spraying has two sides to it - unless you spray it from very close, half of it ends up going into the air instead of on your skin. But if you spray it from too close, it gets concentrated in one area more than necessary. I've just given up on that part and am using it anyway.

The spray form is convenient, as I can just quickly spritz it on after cleansing in the morning and let it absorb. The scent is almost non-existent, which is comfortable for my nose. The toner I first purchased (during the peak of its advertising) had great spraying power, didn't cause any breakouts, and was gentle on my skin. My skin became more radiant, and I felt this product was perfect for me, so I finished an entire bottle.

I didn't buy it from some other reseller market, but from the official Cicago website. Yet, after using it for just a day, I broke out in pimples all over my face, even though I had clear skin for the past 5 years. As soon as I stopped using it, the pimples went away.
