The refreshing scent gives this shampoo a cool, invigorating feel. What's even better is that my hair doesn't feel stiff after drying. I haven't found any downsides yet! However, my sister, who has oily hair, mentioned that this shampoo doesn't seem to effectively remove excess oil from her scalp. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinJan 19, 2023
The scent is refreshingly cool! It reminds me of fresh mint gum... Not bad at all. It lathers up nicely too. After rinsing, my hair doesn't feel stiff. As someone else mentioned in their review, it does have a slippery feel to it. I'll need to use it a bit more to form a complete opinion. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinApr 11, 2021
I tried it for the first time today after receiving it. Used it after washing my hair, and the mild, refreshing menthol sensation gave me a cool feeling without being too intense. It wasn't overwhelming at all. There was no irritation, and even after washing my hair, it didn't leave it feeling stiff. (Maybe because I'm a guy with short hair!?) The scent isn't particularly fragrant or pleasant. The formula is a bit thin, so if you pump it with too much force, it might squirt out excessively, which could be a bit of a mess! - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinJun 18, 2020
As someone with seborrheic dermatitis, occasional folliculitis, and dandruff-prone scalp, I'm still a shampoo nomad. But not knowing what else to try, I've stuck with this product. It lathers well and doesn't leave any unpleasant residue. The cooling effect is just right, and what I love most is that I don't need conditioner - my hair doesn't feel stiff at all. With my oily scalp and daily workouts, I wash my hair twice a day, and this shampoo is gentle enough for that routine. I'd like to find an even better product, but I'm too lazy to experiment and risk disappointment, so I'll keep using this for now. While dandruff fluctuates seasonally, this shampoo doesn't completely eliminate it. If I scratch my scalp, I still notice some dead skin cells coming off. If you have seborrheic dermatitis or your scalp gets oily quickly, use this shampoo morning and night. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinDec 6, 2019
The refreshing feeling after shampooing is great. I love the pleasant scent and rich lather. It's nice that my hair doesn't feel stiff after washing. Even after blow-drying, my hair maintains good volume and doesn't fall flat. After using it for about a month, I developed blemishes on my scalp, so I had to switch to a different product from the same line... - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinNov 2, 2019
I love how gentle it is. Even though I don't use a separate conditioner, my hair doesn't feel as stiff as I expected. Although I have oily hair, the cleansing effectiveness seems lacking. I find myself needing to wash my hair twice a day. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSep 16, 2019
It lathers well and leaves hair soft and manageable after rinsing, not stiff at all Being a liquid type, if you're not careful when squeezing it out, a lot can spill and go to waste - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinOct 20, 2018
I bought this from a home shopping channel. I switched from TS shampoo when they changed their formula. My hair has been falling out a lot... not sure if it's because of autumn or what. It was ranked #1 on Get It Beauty's Beauty Label, but honestly, I can't wholeheartedly recommend it based on my experience. Like most natural surfactant shampoos, the fresh feeling doesn't last long. However, it doesn't make my hair stiff or anything. That said, if you don't use conditioner, your hair won't be shiny, so I always use a treatment with it. I can't say it's bad, but I can't say it's great either. I'm a shampoo nomad, not sure what to use. TS shampoo changed their formula, added tons of sulfates, and raised the price... The previous version was better, it even made my hair thicker. If anyone knows a good shampoo, please recommend one! It doesn't make my hair thicker... And when I bought it from the home shopping channel, the mint version is the best, but they only included two bottles of mint and the rest were ones I didn't really want to use. Buying them separately is expensive... Pro tip... I don't have any...
