I strongly recommend this to those of you who are neutral or cool-toned. It's not too lavender, and not too old-fashioned pink either, it's just right in the middle. It's really pretty.

When I blend it with my fingers or a brush, the color payoff is so beautiful, like watercolor paint. It's not too intense, and not too subtle either, the color just applies perfectly. It gives a naturally radiant look.

So I apply it with a brush and then wipe off some with a cotton pad.
