  As someone with combination dehydrated skin prone to blemishes, I found those tiny bumps really stressful. But with consistent use, I've seen significant improvement. The stubborn acne on my chin and those pesky bumps have mostly disappeared, which is a huge relief. Usually, after applying toner, my skin would feel extremely dry over time. However, with the Isoi toner, not only does it smell pleasant, but it doesn't leave my skin feeling parched. Instead, it provides a smooth, plump feeling without being sticky, and I can really feel it hydrating my skin. I tend to experience a lot of skin warmth, but I noticed this toner helps cool it down. While I'm not a huge fan of the 'Inner Glow' look, this gives a subtle radiance that makes your skin look healthy. If you're into that glowy look, I'd definitely recommend it.

  When applying the toner, I experienced a stinging sensation, which was concerning. After continued use, I realized it only stung significantly on areas with blemishes. Unfortunately, this tingling persisted even after applying other skincare products, which was a bit disappointing.

  Tip

  I recommend soaking a cotton pad with the toner and leaving it on your face like a mask for at least 3-4 minutes. Then, gently wipe it off without rubbing too hard, and lightly pat to help absorption. This method noticeably reduces skin warmth when applying makeup, locks in moisture effectively, somewhat smooths out dead skin cells, and gives your skin a healthy appearance when you put on makeup.

  I expected a light texture since it's a blemish-focused line, but while it feels like a water toner, I was pleasantly surprised by its hydrating effect when used as a pat-in toner.

  Pros

  I got to try this product as it came with other ISOI items, and it's a great moisturizing product. It has a transparent formula with a slightly runny, slippery texture. If you didn't know it was a toner, you might think it's a light essence. It absorbs well, but when you apply it to your face, it feels a bit slick. Due to this slippery feeling, it doesn't absorb instantly, so you need to pat it in gently to help it absorb. Once it's absorbed, it sinks in completely without leaving any residue, which is great. While it's hydrating, it doesn't have that bursting water-like feeling, but it still provides excellent moisture.

  Cons

  If you don't have any specific blemishes, there doesn't seem to be a compelling reason to use this product. As it's a toner, I prefer a fresh feeling, but the slippery texture was a bit disappointing.

  Soak a sterilized gauze with the toner and leave it on your skin for about 3 minutes like a mask. This not only disinfects troubled skin but also gently removes dead skin cells without irritation. Follow up with a hydrating emulsion or cream. I've been struggling with skin blemishes for over a year, experiencing stinging, itching, and dryness. Even prescription medications and MD creams from university hospitals didn't help. On a whim, I tried this toner morning and evening for about 5 days, and my blemishes almost disappeared. It's almost ridiculous to think about the year I spent going to hospitals!
