Pros
Since it's a home with a baby, I wash my hands frequently. I used to use regular hand wash, but when I switched to the L'Occitane one, my hands definitely felt less dry. I deliberately chose gentle hand washes, but my hands were getting so dry that they were losing their vitality. Even though I'm only using it as a hand wash, it's so soft and moisturizing that I think it would be great as a body wash too. The foam isn't super fluffy, but it rinses off smoothly and leaves my hands feeling soft and supple. When washing my hands, the baby powder scent is strong and the fragrance lingers for a long time even after washing.
Cons
If there's sunscreen or oily residue on your hands, it will cleanse them, but the foam doesn't lather up as well. The formula is like a lotion, and over time the opening can get clogged with dried product. It's not terribly inconvenient, but the dark color of the opening makes it more noticeable.

The scent is nice and it's nicely moisturizing. I had a hard time getting used to the lack of lather at first, but after rinsing, it doesn't feel slippery and has a nice moisturizing feel. You only need to pump half a pump to have enough to wash, so it lasts a long time.
Cons
The lack of lather takes some getting used to, and while it's great at removing germs and dirt, it may not be as effective at removing things like ink or makeup stains.

The scent is nice. It's not overbearing and has a gentle fragrance, if I may say so. I used it on my body rather than just my hands, and the lingering subtle scent after showering is pleasant. And when using a shower towel, it lathers up nicely as well.
Cons
There's not really any disappointing aspect... If you don't use a shower towel, the lather doesn't get as abundant, I suppose? But since I do use a shower towel, that's not an issue.
