To be honest, I'm not sure if it's really effective, but that's just how it is.
However, I don't think I'll repurchase it.

I bought the wax strips to prevent ingrown hairs. The scent and formula are nice and refreshing as a mist.

If you happen to get a few ingrown hairs or folliculitis after a Brazilian wax, you can buy Esroban from the pharmacy and apply it. I also get a few here and there on really stressful days, and it works like a charm.

I've tried this and the Brazilian Secret, and I honestly can't really tell the difference in effectiveness between using them and not using them... It's more like a preventative measure! I just spray it on whenever I see it.

It's so convenient! In the morning when I'm rushing to shower and go, I always skip the scrub and just spray it on quickly, but when I go to get waxed, the waxing lady can definitely tell the days I sprayed it and the days I didn't. I'm not sure if it's just in my head or if it actually works, but the waxing lady knows about it and says it's better than not using it at all.

It's disappointing that the capacity is small. I mainly use it on my body, and it's a shame.

I had been struggling a lot with ingrown hair, and this product was a lifesaver. After using it, the issue became much less severe!

The removal applicator seemed to be defective, as the liquid did not spray at all. I had to purchase a separate cosmetic spray bottle from Daiso.

I was worried about the ingrown hairs that developed after shaving my armpits in the summer, but when I saw that this product was sold at Olive Young, I decided to buy it. After using it, I didn't feel like it had a significant effect. However, it was still better than not using anything at all.

- This product is more for prevention of ingrown hairs rather than treating existing ones!
 • It doesn't have a big effect on already existing ingrown hairs. Spraying the product a few times won't magically make the ingrown hairs disappear. It's better to purchase a dedicated tweezer for existing ingrown hairs!
 • Complaint about the spray type: I mainly use it on my armpits, and since it sprays directly, it sometimes gets on my face. So lately I've been applying it using a cotton pad. The spray type doesn't seem suitable for targeted application.
 • Scent: It has a powdery floral fragrance similar to old-fashioned hair sprays, but the scent is too strong. Even though I'm not extremely sensitive to scents, this one feels a bit overpowering. It would have been better if the scent was more subtle.

When trying to spray on the bikini line... it's not easy to hold it comfortably and get it to come out. You have to hold it upright with your thumb on the spray head in this awkward position to get it to spray;;. It works great for the armpits, but if you have to squeeze it out, it's super annoying and rubbing with a puff would probably not be great either... I was just like, 'What do I do with this?'...
