Pros1. Multi-purpose product - not just for eyes! Use it all over your face!
This product truly lives up to its name. It's an eye cream that can be used on your entire face!
I initially used it mainly around my eyes, but it worked so well that I now apply it to my forehead, smile lines, and even my neck. The areas where I apply it definitely feel smoother and firmer.
2. Dense, rich texture that absorbs well!
The texture is truly unique. It's a thick, rich cream, but it has great spreadability. Just gently smooth it on and it absorbs quickly. It leaves your skin moisturized without any stickiness, and when I apply it at night, my eye area feels less dry in the morning!
3. Satisfying dual-action: firming + hydration
From my late 20s, I started worrying about eye wrinkles, but this product has really reduced those concerns. It's significantly smoothed out the fine lines caused by dryness, and maintains a soft skin texture that makes my skin feel more firm.
4. Small tube, but lasts surprisingly long!
A little goes a long way - you can cover your whole face with just a small amount, so I found it to be quite cost-effective. I thought, 'It's an eye cream, so I'll probably use it up quickly,' but it's lasting much longer than expected!
5. Subtle fragrance and skin-soothing effects
The scent isn't strong - it's a subtle, luxurious fragrance. Even when I apply it on tired days or when my skin is sensitive due to weather, there's no stinging or irritation, so I use it with confidence. My friend with sensitive skin is also using it well!
Cons1. Might feel a bit rich in summer
It's quite moisturizing, so it's perfect for dry skin or winter use! However, in summer, it might feel a bit heavy, especially for combination or oily skin. In summer, I only use it around my eyes, and on the rest of my face only on days when I skip moisturizer.
2. Can cause pilling if applied heavily before makeup
This is somewhat unavoidable with eye creams, but if you don't control the amount, it can cause pilling when applying makeup. Especially if you apply too much under the eyes, it can make concealer or cushion foundation look cakey, so I'd recommend it more for evening care than morning use.
3. Tube packaging is hygienic, but can be tricky to control the amount
When squeezing from the tube, if you press too hard, sometimes too much product comes out, so controlling the amount was a bit difficult at first. But after using it a few times, you get the hang of it and can use it well.
Tip1. Try the 'eyes → smile lines → neck' routine!
Since you can use this eye cream all over your face, I apply it as the final step of my evening skincare routine, starting from the eyes, then to the smile lines, forehead, jawline, and even down to the neck, massaging as I go.
Highly recommended for those concerned about neck wrinkles too!
2. Keep it in the fridge for an enhanced cooling effect!
As the weather gets warmer, try storing this product in the fridge for a cool, soothing application that helps reduce puffiness.
It's especially great for calming swollen eyes in the morning!
3. Use a small amount and pat gently to absorb!
Applying too much can lead to pilling or caking, so use about a rice-grain sized amount for the eye area!
Instead of rubbing, gently pat it in for a more natural finish and better effectiveness.
4. Apply after your basic skincare, before your moisturizer!
The most stable routine is: toner → essence → AHC eye cream → moisturizer.
It generally plays well with other products, I haven't experienced any conflicts.
It's been gentle and suitable even on days when my skin is sensitive!
