Not recommended!! My skin was irritated from the moment I started using it, and it continued to sting even after washing it off. Then my skin started peeling off. The peeled areas became darkly discolored, and I had a really tough time for several months. I bought two of them... I'm so upset.

It's better to put it on your skin and place a tissue paper about the size of a square on top to keep the solution in place, and then rinse it off.

I don't know if it directly improves sebum or pores. They advertise it as if the sebum is melting and rolling around, but that doesn't happen at all. I have relatively large blackheads and whiteheads, and while those come out with a nose pack, this product is not like that at all. It's just that when you use it, the dead skin cells are organized, that's about it. It has a soapy liquid texture, not a foam. When you use it, it flows a lot, so if you soak it in a cotton pad, the amount is quite wasteful, and if you just put it on your skin, it just flows down. Anyway, it's a product that has exaggerated the advertisement.
