The soothing sensation is quite strong around the eye area. It lingers for a short while even after cleansing. Be careful not to get it in your eyes during cleansing, and those with sensitive eyes may need to do a patch test.

This is a cleanser that cools down the temperature from the morning and allows you to cleanse your face refreshingly. It contains the soothing sensation of menthol. The texture is a shampoo-gel type and it lathers well. It has a thin, film-like finish characteristic of a mild acidic cleanser.
The cleansing power is... I've only used it in the morning, but my face didn't feel overly tight after cleansing.

Since it's said to be non-irritating, I was wondering how it could be refreshing but also non-irritating. But after trying it right away as soon as I received it, I didn't feel any incompatibility.
 
While I'm not sure if the non-irritating claim is accurate based on the ingredients, using this product alone seemed to be fine for my skin. However, it wasn't able to thoroughly remove my eye makeup like mascara and eyeliner.
 
The usage instructions say to gently roll it over the skin, avoiding the eye area, and then rinse with lukewarm water. When I used it, I did feel a refreshing, almost cooling sensation, which I think would be nice for hot summer days.
 
But I would recommend avoiding the eye area, as getting it in the eyes could be problematic. It might be better to first remove eye makeup with a cleansing tissue or cleansing oil, and then use this cleanser for the rest of the face.

It does leave my skin a bit dry after washing. I have to immediately spray a mist afterwards, so I keep it in the bathroom to spritz on.
