There wasn't anything. There wasn't, but it's a shame to write about a disappointing point. I'm just trying to fill up the space with words.

There's really nothing I dislike about this. The texture is a bit more watery than I expected, but that's not necessarily a bad thing.

⚡As I have sensitive skin, I have to be quite careful when using skincare products. But I shouted 'Yes!' as soon as I saw the ingredients in this one. 

💧It contains great ingredients like centella extract that soothes the skin, panthenol that strengthens the skin barrier, hyaluronic acid that helps with skin hydration, and collagen extract that nourishes the skin. And there are no irritating ingredients. 

🧴It's also fragrance-free. There's one essential oil-based ingredient, but this toner has no scent at all. I usually find even the subtle fragrances in skincare products to be quite strong, but this one is completely odorless. The watery texture feels lightweight, but it keeps my skin feeling moisturized after application.

🌬I also know that the niacinamide and adenosine in this toner help with brightening, balancing moisture levels, and boosting elasticity. While the concentrations may not be as high as in serums or ampoules, I think this is a really great toner.

😊I love that the sticker says 'May this make you happy while using it.' The packaging is made of paper, which already put me in a good mood before even trying the product.

I think it would be good to use it while doing a toner pack to soothe the skin.

There were no major disappointments, and I personally thought the fragrance was fine.

I always apply the toner with a cotton pad, but sometimes when it feels a bit drying, I'll soak the pad more and leave it on my cheeks and forehead for a little while ☺️

The product itself is great, but there's one thing I'm a bit disappointed about - the opening is too stiff. The snap-on cap is difficult to open and close, and I almost spilled it once.

I bought this product thinking it would be good as a cleansing toner, and it turned out to be really great. It's so moisturizing and plump. The texture is smooth and has a slight viscosity, so if you apply it twice after cleansing, it becomes wonderfully plump. It's very satisfying for my combination skin.

**Pro Tip) I found that soaking a cotton pad with the toner and placing it on any blemished areas helped soothe my skin and improve its condition, making my makeup application look better. You can also use the toner-soaked cotton pad as a mask-like treatment after cleansing.**

While the price is affordable and the size is large, allowing it to last a long time, the toner dispenser opening is a bit too large. Therefore, it's best to avoid pressing the container when using the toner, in order to control the amount dispensed.

Luckily, it turned out to be a great match for my skin type. The more I use it, the more I can feel my skin becoming more hydrated and my skin tone getting brighter! My skin was severely dehydrated due to the dry weather, but the Centella Toner was able to provide my skin with much-needed moisture and nourishment. It has also helped me maintain a clearer complexion and achieve a brighter skin tone. This is my first purchase from Phyto Tree, and I'm impressed by how gentle it is on my skin, so I'm planning to try out more of their products. I think the Phyto Tree Centella Toner is a great basic skincare product that will only get better the more consistently I use it!! P.S. The lid was a bit difficult to open at first, but it got easier after opening it a few times.

I usually apply multiple layers, but this one seems moisturizing even with just a single layer. I've been using this as a replacement for my usual toner, and I like how it provides good hydration.
