  Pros

  I've been consistently using the Zeroid cleanser for 7 years, and it's simply the best. Even after trying various other products, I always come back to this one. It's especially great for a 40-something woman with dry skin like me, as it's slightly acidic. Even teenagers can use it without irritation, leaving their skin feeling fresh and hydrated. It worked wonders on my son's inflamed acne when his skin barrier was compromised - his pustular acne completely cleared up. It's the cleanser my son insists on using! I hope they never discontinue it. The packaging is so luxurious, it looks beautiful in the bathroom.

  Cons

  Since the whole family uses it, I wish the bottle was a bit larger. It's such an excellent product, but it's not heavily advertised. I'm worried it might be discontinued, which is a shame.

  It's gentle and feels great to use! Perfect for my super sensitive skin.

  I need to use it twice to remove heavy makeup.

  Because it's so gentle, I can use it daily without worry. For heavy makeup, using it twice seems to cleanse thoroughly.

  I was concerned the gentle ingredients might compromise its cleansing power, but I was pleasantly surprised. It effectively removed foundation and lipstick, though it struggled a bit with waterproof Kiss Me eyeliner. Being a cleansing gel, it left my skin feeling fresh without any residue after washing.

  Cons

  The packaging could be improved. A pump dispenser would be more convenient than the current screw-top lid.

  I have sensitive skin that's prone to blemishes when I'm tired, so I've tried various cleansers. After seeing many reviews, I decided to give this one a try, and I'm really satisfied! It's gentle and with daily use, I've noticed it helps manage dead skin cells while keeping my skin hydrated. The pleasant scent even lifts my mood after using it. My husband tried it too, and now we're both using it together!

  Cons

  There's nothing I dislike about it yet. I just wish it came in a larger size!

  If you use it with a foam net to create more lather, it feels even gentler on the skin.

  Pros

  Unlike other products I've used that left my skin feeling tight after cleansing, the Jemu Orchid Ritual Cleanser has introduced me to a smooth and hydrated post-cleanse sensation. It's gentle on the skin and has a delightful fragrance. I think I'll be sticking with the Jemu Orchid Ritual Cleanser from now on.

  While there's nothing particularly disappointing, those who dislike a slippery feeling after cleansing might find it doesn't suit their personal preference.
