Pros
I have dry skin and tend to suffer from deep dryness and dead skin cells in winter, but this product has a thin cream-like consistency that makes it easy to apply. It absorbs quickly into the skin and has a cool, lemony scent that feels refreshingly hydrating as it sinks in. It would be perfect to use right after a shower!
Cons
As someone who struggles with flaky skin in winter, this product alone wasn't enough to eliminate dead skin cells. It worked well when paired with a richer cream though! While it's suitable for both dry and oily skin types, I felt it didn't provide deep hydration. It might be ideal for those with oily skin who prefer a lighter, fresher feel.

Pros
✓Perfect for dry skin / Suitable for all skin types ✓Although it's a thin milk-type toner, it's an all-in-one moisturizer that provides 100% hydration and moisture ✓The water-based formula absorbs quickly and feels like it creates a perfect base for the next skincare products ✓This is a product I bought with my own money in winter and used well until summer! After trying the toner and loving it, I even purchased the Aqua Balm cream and night mask. Previously, when I used Laneige Cream Skin, I thought it was just okay, but maybe my skin has become drier because I really felt my skin condition improving with this!
Cons
The only downside is the price point. It would be great if they also sold travel-sized versions.

Pros
I stopped using exfoliating toner and started using this in spring. As it hydrated my skin, all my blemishes cleared up. It kept my skin in great condition. Even though I'm using something else now because of the summer heat, this product makes me consider switching back despite the season.
Cons
Given the current season, it's a bit unfortunate. I have dehydrated oily skin, so I'm afraid of what might happen if I use this in summer.

Pros
After trying Belif's Moisturizing Bomb for the first time, I found its hydration and balanced richness perfect for my sensitive skin. I even bought the Moisturizing Toner to use together, which helped me maintain a well-hydrated complexion throughout the winter.
Cons
For those with oily skin, it might feel a bit heavy during the summer months.
Tip
If the Belif line works well for you, using the toner along with the Moisturizing Bomb will leave your skin feeling incredibly hydrated and nourished.

This is an excellent toner for dry skin. Its creamy texture makes it particularly suitable for winter use. It absorbs well and has a great application. The hydration it provides is impressive.
Cons
The price point and ingredients list could be improved. Those with super sensitive skin might want to patch test first.

Absorbs well and has a good balance of oil and moisture, making it suitable for dry skin types
Cons
Smells exactly like night cream. It's a white toner, but it leaves a white residue on the skin? You need to massage it in thoroughly for absorption. I didn't realize the ingredients were this problematic... I'll have to think twice about using it again

Pros
As someone with dry skin, I'm impressed by how moisturizing this toner is. The fragrance is also not irritating at all.
Cons
It might not be the best fit for oily skin types. It feels more hydrating than refreshing...
