  The pad is thick and soft, and the contents are heavily absorbed, so there is really no irritation. I've tried the lotion pack, but I haven't tried the cream pack, so I bought it out of curiosity. The viscosity seems similar to the lotion, but it's a creamy oil-based cream, so I didn't need to moisturize separately afterwards. The middle cap sealing is well done, so the contents won't dry out.

  This is truly the only pad that has calmed my sensitive, reddened skin without irritation. The formula is a creamy pad, but it's not heavy. I was too lazy to leave a review before, but I'm writing one now as I repurchase. Please don't discontinue this product.
