I had some expectations when I first tried it. While I wondered if it would have that slippery feel of low pH cleansers, I was pleasantly surprised! It left my skin feeling refreshed yet moisturized after washing. Somehow, it really felt like it removed fine dust from my skin. #No tightness after cleansing As someone with dry skin, I always experienced dryness, but Hyucalm left a lasting impression with its hydrating effect!!! Wait, what?! A foam cleanser that actually leaves your skin feeling moisturized?!!! Well, well, well~ What's more, it came in a 2-pack, and I was satisfied throughout using both bottles.

  When first squeezing it out, the texture feels a bit thick, so you need to apply some pressure. This can sometimes lead to dispensing too much product.

  This was my first experience with a low pH cleanser. I have combination dehydrated skin with large pores and sensitivity, but I heard low pH products are good for the skin barrier, so I decided to try it. As a second cleanser, its cleansing effectiveness wasn't bad at all. Surprisingly, my face didn't feel tight even when I didn't apply anything after cleansing. The texture is similar to other foam cleansers, just with a bit less lather.

  Cons

  I've heard that low pH cleansers don't work well for oily skin, and it seems the same goes for combination dehydrated skin... While the slippery feeling is unavoidable, using this feels no different from not washing my face in the morning. It produces less foam, and even when using a foam net, the lather disappears quickly.
