It felt like a lotion essence? It was more moisturizing than a regular essence and lighter than a lotion~ The container was like a syringe, so it was interesting to use, and it was great for the winter because it was less drying! I've been using the Calming Bio Cream very well, so I've set my sights on the ampoule. The ingredients are gentle and absorb quickly without being sticky. There is a slight viscosity, but it's a soft, non-sticky type. I could feel the moisturizing effect lasting for a long time. Even in very dry conditions, I tend to avoid products that apply thickly or leave a sticky residue, but this one absorbs lightly and keeps my skin hydrated, so I'm very satisfied with it.
