I applied it generously on the areas with acne after cleansing, toning, and using serum and cream. By the next day, the affected areas were quite soothed.
If you apply it thinly all over your face, you can also feel a slight cooling sensation.

The volume is really small, and the price is outrageous.

If you're considering using this on your face, I wouldn't recommend it. 
The product packaging is similar to a hydrocortisone ointment, and if you don't clean the nozzle properly after use, the product can get clumped up and become difficult to dispense.

I purchased this product as a spot treatment when I had a lot of acne breakouts. However, it was completely ineffective on the spots that appeared on my face and chin... (the Isoi blue tube emergency spot treatment was much better, so I repurchased and continue to use that). The product description said it's good to use after dermatological treatment, but even after my laser treatment for flat warts, I didn't see any soothing effects.

It ended up sitting in my drawer for a while, until I found a use for it - on my keratosis pilaris (chicken skin)! I usually get bumpy redness on my neck from necklaces that aren't properly disinfected, and this product worked amazingly to quickly calm the redness. 
Recently, I also had a surgery for a sebaceous cyst on my upper chest, and the ointment the hospital gave me didn't help with the redness and stinging, but this product had a remarkable soothing effect.
While the texture (runny) isn't suitable for using on the face (due to makeup), it works great on keratosis pilaris and other bumpy, oily areas, as it's not greasy at all and quickly calms the redness.

I sometimes apply it when I have breakouts, but I'm not sure about its soothing effects.

I bought this based on a YouTuber's recommendation! The formula seems to have a moisturizing effect, like adding one or two drops of a soothing agent! It's nice to apply instead of a cream! I'm not sure about the calming effects, but it feels refreshing when I apply it!

Applying a thick layer at night like a sleeping pack and sleeping with it on has a great soothing effect. It's great for those with thin, easily reddened skin to use in various areas.

The aluminum(?) case can be a bit inconvenient to use over time. But it's good for hygiene.

I recommend this not only for acne, but also when your skin feels irritated and reddened from skincare. The texture absorbs incredibly well, and the effects are great.

The formula has a slightly oily feel, but it's not a major issue at all.

I tried the sample and liked it so much that I bought the full-size product. It's great that there are no pore-clogging ingredients, and the lack of shea butter makes it suitable for oily skin.
It's gentle and helps calm down blemishes. It's effective in soothing the skin, so I really like it!

When applied thinly on the heated cheek area while wearing a mask, it provides a cooling effect. It absorbs well without stickiness, making it easy to use.

Although it is a soothing cream, it felt a bit stinging on the areas where the skin was quite damaged.

When applied to heated skin or the reddened, swollen area around the nose, the itchiness was soothed.
(Even after using the Amuse cushion and Ronen tint, the irritated skin has not fully calmed down yet after two weeks.)

The price is too expensive, it's similar to the downside of Aesop. And the container is like a tube of Bacitracin, so it can tear.

This is a truly amazing product. I've seen great effects when I had milia. You can apply the toner, lotion, and cream thinly only on the areas with skin concerns, or use it as a mask pack without the cream drying out, leaving your skin soft and supple in the morning.

- Since it's a tube-type ointment, a bit of the product comes out even when you don't squeeze it. So you have to be careful to close the cap right after using it.

- It applies smoothly and moisturizes, but it's not a highly hydrating product, so I wouldn't recommend it as a cream substitute.

- The product has a pale green, opaque ointment texture. Even though it's a spot treatment, it's not heavy and absorbs quickly, which I liked.
 
- There's a faint citrus scent that lingers. But it's just a subtle hint, so you don't really notice the fragrance when using it.

- The volume may be small if you use it all over your face, but it's quite generous if you only apply it to targeted areas. I sometimes spread a thin layer over my problem spots when my skin is acting up, and by the next day, the redness has significantly subsided.

- This would be great for daily use by those with troubled skin, and also suitable as a spot treatment for people whose skin occasionally gets irritated.

The effect is not as fast as I expected, and it feels a bit sticky, so I need to be careful with the amount I apply as it may feel a bit itchy.

I didn't see fast results, but my sensitive areas have calmed down to some extent.
