  As it was my first time using a powder-type product, it felt a bit unfamiliar at first. However, I found it easy to use by simply mixing it with my usual skincare products without any inconvenience. The Mixsoon Collagen Powder comes in a 45g container, which is small enough to fit in your hand but provides a sufficient amount since you only need to use a little at a time. The powder particles are fine yet slightly grainy, reminiscent of rice flour. It dissolves quickly when mixed with skincare products, but you need to blend it well to avoid clumping. I typically used a ratio of 1 part powder to 3 or 4 parts cream. Using too much powder can make the mixture too thick and slow down absorption, so finding the right balance is key. *Experience Recently, I've been dealing with severe acne in certain areas of my face, so I've been sticking to gentle skincare products. Even when mixing the collagen powder with my routine, I experienced no irritation or redness, making it suitable for sensitive skin. Apart from a slightly thicker texture, there wasn't much difference in application. I could use it worry-free even on areas with blemishes. *Effectiveness After about a week of use, I noticed my skin texture had improved somewhat. While the difference wasn't dramatic to the eye, my skin felt noticeably smoother than before. It also seemed to have some effect on improving the small bumps on my forehead and T-zone. If it weren't for this odd scent, I would have been much more satisfied. 2. It's difficult to control the amount dispensed. Sometimes I accidentally pour out too much. I have to be extra careful not to waste the precious powder.

  I love that I can mix and adjust it to my liking. As someone with acne-prone skin, I can definitely feel my complexion improving! I was shocked by the price at first, but its performance is truly top-notch!

  Pros

  Noticeable difference on days you use it and days after! I use it a couple of times a week since daily use seems excessive. While I haven't used it long enough to see dramatic changes, there's a clear difference between days I apply it and days I don't. My skin feels much firmer. Pure collagen power The ingredient is pure collagen powder, so I felt reassured using it without any additional ingredients mixed in. Dissolves well in liquids and emulsions While it doesn't mix well with cream-type products, it blends seamlessly with emulsions! I appreciated that the particles didn't clump or leave residue on the skin. I was glad it absorbed into the skin without irritation, as leftover particles could potentially cause skin sensitivity.

  Cons

  The scent I personally disliked the fish collagen smell. Even after cleansing and happily applying my skincare products, the scent left me feeling a bit uneasy. Doesn't mix well with cream-type products I tried mixing the collagen with my evening skincare, but I use an Avène cream at night which made blending difficult. The collagen would clump on my face, making it hard to apply, and the next day I'd find bits of collagen stuck to my face and hair, which was disappointing. (However, when mixed with Physiogel, there was no clumping. It seems to work better when combined with lighter formulas.)

  Tip

  Mix it with liquid-type products! Due to its strong scent, I recommend using it before bed.

  It's incredibly firm and moisturizing!! You can literally see the plumpness it gives to your skin!

  Cons

  The scent is... way too strong. It smells like it's over-fermented or something. Despite the visible firmness and plumpness it gives, because of the scent... I can only use it occasionally.

  Tip

  I apply toner first, then mix a tiny amount of this product with the toner before use! It takes some time to absorb, but once it does, you'll see amazingly radiant skin! I haven't been wearing makeup lately, but when I tried using this and then applying cushion foundation, there was no dryness at all and it felt fantastic!
