It feels like it's creating a moisturizing layer. It's fine to apply it before bed and sleep with it.

I'm not sure if panthenol is normally like this, but it feels greasy and slick. It's too slippery, and I'm not sure if it's absorbing properly. I just use another essence as a base and apply this as the last step.

I saw great effects when the skin barrier was restored!!! When the skin barrier is broken, severe dryness is felt, but keeping this product on helps with hydration and reduces dryness. It also helped my skin barrier recover quickly. I love the entire Cosrx Panthenol line.
