Perfect for deep undertone pale or summer cool skin! - Since it's barely pigmented, it's great for layering over other eyeshadows. (Could be a downside too, haha!) - It's a dual-sided product with decent glitter quality at an affordable price. When on sale, it's only about $6 - what a steal! By the way, I read many reviews saying it felt slightly moist despite not being a cream shadow, but that wasn't my experience. It's just a powder, lol!
Cons- The pigmentation is very weak. Can't use it alone... The pink on the left looks like it might work solo, but it barely shows up. That's why I deducted one star. The right side is clearly a non-pigmented glitter, but you'd think the left might give a subtle pink, right? Nope, barely any color... I have fair skin, and it hardly showed up at all. You need to layer it on for any visible color. - I was surprised to see the surface slightly dented on a new product... I guess the semi-soft texture caused it to shift.
TipIt works best when used to add a pearly finish over other eyeshadows. The pink on the left has finer glitter particles, so it looks pretty when applied widely under the eyes. The glitter isn't as fine as Makeup Forever's Diamond Powder though.
