  I can't really pinpoint anything particularly good about this product. It leaves me feeling quite disappointed overall.

  Cons

  The cooling effect doesn't work as it should. Even though I've been using it as part of my daily mask routine, the redness in my skin just won't subside.

  Pros

  I kept this in the fridge before use, and I was pleasantly surprised by its thick, bouncy texture and how well it absorbs. If you're on the hunt for a hydrating and soothing wash-off mask, I'd definitely recommend giving this a try.

  Cons

  Compared to other similar products, I didn't notice a significant boost in hydration or soothing effects during or after using this mask. Even though I stored it in the refrigerator, I was disappointed by the lack of a noticeable cooling effect!
