This is the best toner I've tried!!! - Not thick and sticky, applies smoothly - Has a soothing effect - Gentle - Good absorption - It's said to be a toner+essence, and it's definitely more moisturizing than other toners - The price is also reasonable

Even those who have never used it before will use it at least once. This toner seems to be perfectly suited to this saying.
