I usually leave it on for about 15 minutes, then gently rinse with water to remove any excess. This helps with deep dryness and leaves my skin feeling soft without stickiness. I follow up with my regular skincare routine and then off to dreamland. I haven't experienced any blemishes or irritation even with longer use, so I'm comfortably using these masks regularly. The scent isn't bad, but it's not a fresh apple fragrance - more of a sweet smell? Since it's something that stays on the skin for a while, I personally wish it was just a tad more subtle. Also, this might just be me, but since the sheet is quite thick, it feels a bit heavy. For those with delicate skin, gravity might pull it down, so it might be better to use while lying down. As a side note, you should also use modeling masks while lying down.
