This product can be washed off with lukewarm water, no makeup remover needed!!!!! However, you should let it soak in water for about 10 seconds before washing it off!

It's black, but not an extremely intense black! Hmm... it would be perfect for someone new to black eyeliner. I like a natural look, so I'm satisfied. However, if you occasionally want a more defined look, you might find it a bit lacking!
