  Pros

  The ingredients don't seem particularly problematic, but it just doesn't suit my skin..

  Cons

  I haven't had any skin issues since my teenage acne. Even using public bathhouse skincare products never caused blemishes.. But this product gave me contact dermatitis, which I'm still struggling with. From the moment I applied it, my face felt hot and slightly itchy. It clearly doesn't agree with me.. Thanks to this, I've learned that cosmetics truly work differently for everyone, and I've now got super sensitive skin.. For the first time since puberty, I've had to reinstall the Hwahae app..

  Unsure if it lives up to its famous reputation in terms of effectiveness Occasional itching on the face Quite pricey, unfortunately

  Pros

  After using it, I feel a slight cooling sensation. I like that the pad has different textures on each side, so you can use it according to your needs. It leaves my skin feeling hydrated.

  Cons

  This product completely wrecked my face! It's not just a minor reaction - my entire face turned bright red, covered in an allergic reaction, and swelled up terribly. When I went to the dermatologist, they said it was extremely serious. Now I'm struggling with injections and medication. My skin is itchy and stinging, and on top of that, my already severe acne and blemishes are getting twice as bad. Warning: If you have super sensitive skin or a weak or compromised skin barrier, I strongly advise against using this product.

  Pros

  There's not much to praise... The packaging is pretty, I guess? And the scent is okay, but it might be hit or miss for some people.

  Cons

  It's way too sticky, and it made my face break out in hives like mosquito bites. It was so itchy!
