Pros
This is a great product for soothing and hydrating the skin. The sheet has a slightly gauze-like feel, but the essence is well-absorbed. Pros
It had a cooling sensation and a generous amount of ampoule, so I used it on days when my skin was sensitive, and I was satisfied that it calmed my skin.

The essence is light and not burdensome. In the case of a nutrition pack, the heavy feeling lingers even after using the pack, but the Cica pack is on the lighter side, though the absorption is not as fast. And it has a cooling sensation. It seems like it would be good to use in the summer.
Cons
I'm not sure if there is a significant calming effect with just one use. The gauze-like material doesn't stick to the face as much!

There are no irritating ingredients at all The gauze-like sheet adheres well to the skin It doesn't dry quickly, so the moisture lasts for a long time The cooling sensation is amazing.
