It's not too golden-toned, so I think it would be good for cool-toned people too. And anyway, the glitter is only applied to a small area, so having it as a duo is a real advantage in my opinion! I've also used the Lillybyeye Colorglam Too, but it couldn't match Clio's glow - Clio is the best.. Really.. 💖 It's a good product for the price. I really think this is great!
