Pros
It was great that it was moisturizing and not stuffy! The fragrance was nice and the moisture content was personally satisfying to me.

Pros
I used up almost an entire bottle of this product from spring to fall of 2018. First of all, the glass packaging looks luxurious and pretty. As it is a rich and creamy skin, it seems to suit dry skin better. I received it as a gift, and I'm oily-skinned, but I've even used it alone as my only base product in the summer, and I liked how moisturizing it felt. The moisture level seemed adequate for me, and it provided decent hydration. Even though I have sensitive skin, I didn't experience any major breakouts. Many people dislike the scent, but I personally enjoyed it. It has a mild oriental fragrance that reminds me of my mother's cosmetics, which I found comforting.
Cons
First of all, the packaging doesn't indicate the remaining volume, so it's frustrating not knowing how much is left. I also dislike the feeling of the alcohol evaporating. As the alcohol evaporates, it feels like it's drawing out a bit of the moisture. While I didn't experience severe dryness since I'm oily-skinned, those with dry skin might need to use a separate moisturizer along with this. Another downside is the ingredients - it contains 3 types of PEG, and I sometimes felt a slight stinging sensation when applying it to reddened skin.
Tip
Since this is a skin toner, it's recommended to use it together with a lotion or cream.

The product looks nice. After applying, it appears moisturized. The skin does not feel watery.
Cons
While it appears moisturized after application, if used for about a week, the entire skin condition becomes dry. Clearly, the skin lotion did not replenish the necessary moisture. I used this product for about a month, and my skin became completely dehydrated. I immediately switched to a different product. After trying another product (a free sample), my skin recovered.

Don't buy it...

The initial application felt very moisturizing and nourishing, and while many people said the fragrance was not great, I personally didn't mind it too much and found it to be okay.
Cons
After applying, it started to feel irritating and burning within 1 minute or 30 seconds! It felt very hot and uncomfortable. I'm usually able to use most cosmetics without any issues, but this one just didn't work for me. The moisture also disappeared very quickly, I'm not sure if it was absorbed or just gone.
Tip
I didn't just use this product alone, I also used a facial mist and a moisturizing cream to complete my routine. So the second issue I mentioned was fully addressed by using it as part of a complete skincare regimen.

When there's a sale, the products are incredibly cheap. You can go to the nearby Missha store and purchase them right away. Moreover, they are very moisturizing.
Cons
I've developed milia (small white bumps) ㅠㅠㅠ After finishing the product, I switched to a different one and the bumps completely disappeared. That must have been the issue...
