It's a pity that it's fragile. I had put it in a pouch, but when I hastily put it in my bag, I accidentally dropped it with a slight thud, and it broke. Other than that, the product performance and color payoff are good.

My skin tone is between 21 and 22, with a warm muted autumn undertone.
The particles are a bit coarser compared to other highlighters, but the color payoff is completely true to color and vibrant. So it suits full-coverage makeup, but feels a bit separate when applied to light makeup. For full-coverage makeup, I'm satisfied with the product quality due to the long-lasting shimmer that doesn't fade even from a distance. The lasting power is good - on my cheeks, it hardly faded, but on my nose where I tend to touch it often or where the makeup wears off, the highlighter disappears as well. However, when set with a fixing spray, it doesn't budge and has excellent lasting power.

This is really the best highlighter I've ever written. I've never seen such beautiful and intense pigmentation. It's really pink and pretty, and the fact that there are 3 colors makes it so great. It's so pretty on the eyes and on the nose. If you're hesitating, you absolutely have to buy it!!

There is no particular disappointment, but when applied by hand, there is a slightly dull and raised feeling.

I haven't used highlighter often, but it's easy to use.
The color is average and the pearl effect is light.

And when I do wear heavier makeup, I use the highlighter on the far right for my nose, and the one on the left for a subtle application on my cheekbones. Applying the middle highlighter to the inner corners of my eyes really completes the 'cool for school' highlighter look - it's a must-have product.

While it does clump up a bit when applied thickly, it is rarely necessary to apply it thickly, and even when applied thinly, it spreads beautifully, so there seems to be no downside.

I've been using the Too Cool for School highlighter since 2023, and I've continued to repurchase and use it exclusively until now in 2025. After using it, I write reviews, and the product really does have a finely milled texture when you first open it. As someone with a low nose bridge, I really value highlighters and shading, and while I've tried many highlighters, this one is the best. I also alternate between cool and warm-toned makeup looks, and the color of this highlighter complements all my makeup well.

I first applied a different liquid formula highlighter to boost the longevity, then layered this product on top to enhance the staying power!
Personally, I recommend applying it with a brush - when applied with your fingers, your hands get extra sparkly... and you end up with more product on your hands than on your face. And if it ever breaks, just place a tissue over the cracked area and press down firmly to revive it. You can also spritz it with alcohol, but I found the alcohol scent lingered, so I'd suggest skipping that. That's all! Hope you all become beautiful💗

I've been using this product for over a year now, and it's my go-to recommendation! If I run out, I'll definitely repurchase it.
I use this product on my cheekbones, lip area, nose, and the front of my eyes. It really brings volume to my face - it's like glass beads sparkling, and with 3 different shades, I can apply different colors to different areas, which is great. Personally, I use the lightest shade on the front of my eyes and lips, the second shade on my nose, and the third shade on my cheeks, and I'm really happy with the results.
The color selection is fantastic, and the highlighter looks so natural that I can't get enough of it. Without it, my face looks flat, but with it, my features really stand out.
The built-in mirror is super convenient too - I can use the highlighter anywhere without needing a separate mirror.
However, there are a few downsides. First, there's a bit of powder fallout. Also, if you have any bumps or acne, it can emphasize them and make your skin look uneven. The longevity is a bit lacking too - it starts to fade after about 3 hours.
But the biggest issue is that it's really fragile and breaks easily. I always keep it in my makeup bag, and it just shatters so easily. I'm not the only one - all my friends who've tried it say the same thing, which is a real shame.
Apart from that, I can't think of anything else. So, to summarize the pros and cons:

The pearl texture doesn't seem quite right for applying to the apples of the cheeks.
I wouldn't recommend this to those who prefer bold makeup and pronounced pearl finishes.

The base is a semi-matte foundation or cushion, and it is set with powder!
The nose area is extremely oily, so the powder is applied particularly thoroughly to the nose!
The location where the highlighter is applied varies depending on the formula.
For a non-pearly highlighter, apply it to the nose, front cheeks, and forehead.
For a pearly highlighter, apply it to the nose, front hairline, and smile lines.

The formula is not a thick, creamy highlighter, but rather a slightly crunchy one!
However, it is not a powdery, flaky formula either.
It seems to be a comfortable formula to apply.

Since I have oily skin, it can feel a bit clumpy.

The pearl particles seem to be a bit coarse, so it looks great when you do a glamorous makeup!
