I'm not sure if it's effective for back acne, and looking at the ingredients, I think the fragrance and salicylic acid might be causing my atopic skin to feel itchy after a while. If you have super sensitive skin or atopic dermatitis, please make sure to patch test before purchasing.

The scent is minty, and when showering, you can feel a refreshing cooling effect that leaves you feeling invigorated!
