It's like a lotion. There's no stickiness at all, and it applies smoothly and absorbs completely like a lotion. There's no dry feeling like with mineral sunscreen either. I'm not sure how it would be in the winter, but I think it would be great in the spring and summer. I bought the large size so I could slather it all over my body. With sunscreens that are hard to remove, you worry about whether you're getting it all off when applying it to your body, but this is easy to wash off, so no worries there.

The pump-style application was easy and had good spreadability. It also didn't leave a white cast and felt moisturizing.
Cons
My eyes were extremely painful. It took about half a day for them to return to normal, and during that time, the pain was severe enough to prevent me from doing any work. And when I reapplied it later, it tended to clump up, making it difficult to spread.
Tip
Now I apply an appropriate amount in two separate applications. I try to avoid applying it too close to my eyes.
