As it is low-irritation, my skin feels comfortable, and the fragrance-free formula gives a clean, additive-free feel that I actually prefer.
ConsThe cleansing power of the detergent seems to be slightly diminished. It doesn't get as squeaky clean.
TipWe recommend this for sensitive skin.

ConsSince it's mildly acidic, unlike alkaline products, it doesn't have that squeaky-clean feeling.

It cleanses so gently and thoroughly.
ConsIt has a slightly acidic, lingering feel that doesn't rinse off completely. If you prefer a squeaky-clean feeling, this may not be for you.

ConsAt first, it felt uncomfortable because it didn't lather up much when washing, but it's fine after using it for a while.

I plan to repurchase it - it's truly gentle.
ConsIf I had to point out one downside, it would be that the cleansing doesn't feel as thorough. I used to enjoy that squeaky-clean feeling after washing, but that's not really there. However, they say not having that squeaky feeling is actually better for the skin, so you can use this product with confidence.

With typical tube-type cleansing foams, you have to squeeze the product onto your hand, lather it up, and then wash your face. But with this product, you just press the pump and the foam comes out directly, which is very convenient. In fact, the reason I started using this whipped cleanser was that I found that if I didn't lather up cleansing foams enough, it could irritate my skin. So the ease of use with this product is a big plus. 2. Good value for money. When you buy the refill packs of this product, you can find good deals on social commerce sites with various coupons, so you can get it for around 5,000-6,000 won for 150ml. Of course, there are many affordable yet decent cleansing foams available these days, and since the whipped texture of this product may make you use more, the cost-effectiveness may not be as good as regular foams. But I think the convenience of not having to lather it up yourself is worth it. 3. Rich, creamy foam. After trying this whipped cleanser, I became a fan of the format and also tried the Christmas product and Dr. Bronner's Castile soap. But this product definitely has the most dense, creamy foam. The Christmas product had fluffy foam but felt a bit dry, and the Dr. Bronner's had good cleansing power but the foam didn't feel as luxurious. So this product provides a really nice, nourishing cleansing experience.
ConsDownside: Mild cleansing power. This is a mildly acidic product, so it doesn't have very strong cleansing power. After washing my face with it, I don't get that squeaky-clean feeling, but rather a slightly slippery sensation. So I tend to use this product in the morning after waking up, or as a second cleanse after using a cleansing oil. (Even for that purpose, I've been switching to other products lately as this one seems a bit too gentle.)
TipOverall: A good whipped cleanser that I've repurchased over 10 refill packs. Highly recommended for those new to whipped cleansers, especially those with dry skin.

Convenient foam type. True to its name, it has a whipped cream-like texture. Soft and comfortable to use. No eye irritation or skin irritation, and it's really gentle. (Added on 2.22.24) Rating: Initially 3 points on 2.14.23 ➡️ 2 points ➡️ Adjusted to 4 points on 2.22.24. I've been using it intermittently over time, and especially on days when my skin was very irritated, using this product for cleansing was great - no irritation at all, it calmed my skin, and it was really nice. Also, consistently using this mildly acidic cleanser and focusing on moisturizing, my skin has stabilized a bit, and even in the winter, there was no peeling or flaking. In conclusion, it's really gentle, so I recommend it for those with very irritated skin or sensitive dry skin.
ConsThe cleansing power is really poor. 2.14.23 I have basic dry skin. My T-zone is sensitive to oil and prone to acne breakouts, so it's combination skin. I don't have much peeling, and I don't wear much makeup, so I don't need to wash thoroughly. I've been using a mildly acidic foam cleanser, and since my skin is sensitive and I've been using the same products for over a year, I haven't used any exfoliating scrubs. Until last December, I just used the mildly acidic foam cleanser I had been using, and occasionally added cleansing water to remove impurities. Anyway, I tried this product in January after finishing my previous one. At first, the cleansing power was a bit lacking, but it lathers well with lukewarm water and works fine if you roll it around, so I thought it would be okay for morning cleansing. However, the more I used it, the more I felt like dead skin wasn't being removed well, and it was building up. After cleansing, I could still feel a light, flaky layer of dead skin... It also didn't seem to remove impurities well, as small bumps started appearing under my eyes, and my skincare products didn't seem to absorb as well. Plus, to compensate for the lack of cleansing power, I ended up rolling it around a lot, which irritated my skin, and my cheeks got red after cleansing. This might suit someone with baby-soft, pore-less skin without any peeling. It's not suitable for use in the dry, peeling-prone winter... It also doesn't seem like it would remove impurities well in the sweaty summer. So when exactly can I use this? I'll add a review after trying it in the spring and fall. 3.19.23 Addition Spring, fall, whatever - why can't it dissolve the clogged pores and impurities? No matter how much I roll it, the rough, clogged pores keep getting stuck to my fingers...sigh. Rolling it too much irritates my skin. In the end, I had to do the oil cleansing I don't usually do to remove the dead skin. I'll just use it occasionally on mornings when my skin feels soft, but that's about it.

ConsAt first, you may feel a bit strange about the smooth, non-foaming texture if you're used to a squeaky clean cleansing foam. I also thought I hadn't washed it off properly and rinsed it several times with water.
TipFor the first cleanse, use a product with good cleansing power. But then your skin gets too dry, right? That's when using this product as the second cleanse leaves your skin nicely moisturized.

I have sensitive, dry skin, and when I use other products, my face often turns red if I don't cleanse properly. But with this product, I don't have that issue, so I really like it.
ConsIf you prefer a product that makes a lot of squeaky sounds while cleansing, this might not be the best fit for you. However, it still cleanses your skin well.
