It's gentle, making my skin feel comfortable. I actually like the clean feeling of the fragrance-free formula without any additives.
ConsThe cleansing effectiveness for removing makeup seems slightly lacking. It doesn't leave your skin feeling squeaky clean.
TipRecommended for super sensitive skin

ConsBeing mildly acidic, it doesn't give that squeaky-clean feeling you get with alkaline cleansers

It cleanses incredibly gently.
ConsIt has that typical low pH feeling of not being thoroughly cleansed. Not recommended if you prefer that squeaky-clean sensation.

ConsAt first, I was uncomfortable with the lack of squeaky-clean feeling when washing, but I got used to it over time.

I plan to repurchase. It's truly gentle on the skin.
ConsIf I had to pick one downside, it's the feeling that it doesn't cleanse thoroughly...? I used to like that squeaky-clean feeling after washing, but this doesn't have that, so it felt a bit lacking. However, I've heard that not having that squeaky feeling is actually better for your skin, so you can use it with peace of mind.

It's incredibly convenient to use. Unlike typical tube-type cleansing foams where you have to squeeze and lather or use a foam net, this product dispenses foam directly with a pump. I actually started using this whip cleanser because I heard that not lathering cleansing foam sufficiently could irritate the skin. So, it's extremely user-friendly. 2. The value for money is quite good. If you buy the refill pack from social commerce sites using various coupons, you can get 150ml for about $5-6. While there are many affordable and decent cleansing foams these days, and liquid whip cleansers tend to be used up faster, I think the convenience of ready-made foam makes it worth it. 3. The foam is rich and creamy. After trying this product, I developed a liking for whip cleansers and tried products from Chrisma and Dr. Bronner's Castile Soap. However, this one definitely has the creamiest foam with a noticeable sheen when cleansing. Chrisma's foam was abundant but felt a bit dry, while Dr. Bronner's seemed effective but didn't create as luxurious a lather. This product really gives you that perfect cleansing foam.
ConsDrawback: The cleansing effectiveness is mild. This product is slightly acidic and isn't designed for deep cleansing. After washing, instead of feeling squeaky clean, your skin feels a bit slippery. That's why I used it either alone for morning cleansing after waking up, or as a second cleanser after using cleansing oil. (Lately, I've switched to a different product for my second cleanse as I find this one too gentle.)
TipOverall: A solid whip cleanser I've repurchased over 10 refill packs. Highly recommended for those with dry skin who are new to whip cleansers.

Convenient foam type. True to its 'Whip' name with a whipped cream-like texture. Gentle on the skin. No eye irritation or skin sensitivity - it's genuinely mild. (Update 24.2.22) Rating adjusted from 3 to 2 stars on 23.2.14, now up to 4 stars. After using it intermittently, I've found it particularly soothing on days when my skin is irritated. Consistent use of low pH cleansers and focusing on hydration has stabilized my skin. Even in winter, it doesn't cause flaking and works well. In conclusion, it's so gentle that I recommend it for those with irritated skin or sensitive dry skin types.
Cons❗The cleansing effectiveness is really poor. (14.02.23) I have naturally dry skin with a T-zone sensitive to oil, prone to acne - combination dehydrated skin. I don't usually have much dead skin and rarely wear makeup, so I don't need a deep cleanse. I've been using low pH foam cleansers and haven't used exfoliating scrubs for over a year due to sensitive skin and well-settled skincare routine. Until December, I only used my usual low pH foam cleanser, occasionally using a foamed cleansing water for extra cleansing. Anyway, I finished my previous cleanser and tried this product in January. At first, I thought the slightly lower cleansing power could be compensated by using lukewarm water and good massage technique, and it seemed fine for morning cleansing. However, as I continued using it, I noticed it wasn't effectively removing dead skin cells, which seemed to build up. Eventually, I had visible flaking after cleansing. It also seemed ineffective at removing impurities, as I noticed small milia-like bumps under my eyes, and my skincare products weren't absorbing well. Moreover, trying to compensate for the poor cleansing by massaging more led to irritation and redness in my butterfly zone after washing. This might only suit those with baby-soft skin, no dead skin cells, and small pores. It's not suitable for winter when skin tends to be dry and flaky, and it probably won't remove impurities well in sweaty summers either. So when is it good to use? I'll add a review after trying it in spring and fall. (Update 19.3.23) Regardless of the season... why can't it dissolve the buildup in pores? No matter how much I massage, I can still feel the bumpy texture of clogged pores. I ended up irritating my skin from over-massaging. Finally resorted to using an exfoliating toner to remove dead skin cells. The conclusion is to use it only for light morning cleansing.

ConsAt first, if you're used to foaming cleansers that leave your skin squeaky clean, the silky texture might feel a bit strange. I even rinsed my face several times with water at first, thinking it hadn't washed off properly.
TipFor the first cleanse, use a product with strong cleansing effectiveness. But that can be quite drying, right? That's when using this product as your second cleanser leaves your skin feeling beautifully hydrated.

As someone with extremely dry and sensitive skin, I often experience redness after using other cleansers, requiring aloe or cica cream afterwards. However, this product doesn't cause any such issues, which is fantastic.
ConsIf you're someone who enjoys that squeaky-clean feeling after washing, this might not be for you. Nevertheless, it still cleanses effectively.
