I'm writing this review as a winner of The Hwahae Testers event. I had oily skin in my teens, but since my 20s, it's been more normal-to-dry. I don't experience deep dryness, and I only get a couple of blemishes on my cheeks when my skin's not at its best. I don't usually react to most cosmetics, but I do have some sensitivity that causes slight redness on my cheeks. Having been very satisfied with Etude's Relief series, I had high expectations for the Soon Jung line as well. I was using Ceracura toner recently, so the very subtle sweet scent of the Soon Jung toner made an even better first impression. It feels non-sticky but still slightly moisturizing, so it could work well in summer by combining the toner and skin steps into one. It doesn't irritate my eyes, so I've put some in a mist bottle to use as a facial spray. I tried the tip of soaking cotton pads with the toner, putting them in a cream container, and refrigerating them to use as cooling pads. It nicely calms down my usual slight redness. (Though the effect only lasts about an hour, unfortunately.)
If you're going to use it as a toner, cooling pad, and mist, you might want to consider the jumbo size. I've been using only this toner for two weeks to write this review, but the amount used is quite a lot!
