Pros
The lipstick? It applies so well on my lips, which don't usually take makeup well. The finish is so soft and smooth.

Pros
I was looking for a well-pigmented tint and ended up purchasing one that I liked the color of and applied lightly.
Cons
It needs to be applied after exfoliating the lip flakes, otherwise it doesn't look as nice. I can't think of any other issues with it.

I don't know my personal color! Please refer to the photos for the swatch🤦‍♀️ When applied, it has a velvety feel and applies smoothly, but after a while, it finishes with a natural adherence, which is fascinating🙂 There is no transfer and it doesn't come off even when applying lip balm. The staying power is also good. Since the color is not overbearing and applies naturally without standing out, I would recommend it if you like subtle, natural-looking colors. Pros
Once applied, it becomes soft and fluffy. The color payoff is good and it has a smooth application, so I use it often. The color is pretty and it's great💋 By the way, I'm a fair-skinned person.
Cons
When applying foundation, if it gets a bit on the lips, it doesn't apply at all (the actual color doesn't show up). You have to wipe your lips and then use it to get at least a minimal color.
Tip
When using it, wipe your lips with the toner pad you used for your base, and then apply it - it works great~^^

The formula also has a semi-matte feel and applies smoothly! The color itself is absolutely gorgeous.
Cons
The color was pretty, but when I tested it on the back of my hand, it seemed very warm-toned, so I bought it, but when I applied it to my lips, it turned out to be a cool-toned color. I think it would suit cool-toned people well, but not so much for warm-toned people.
Tip
I felt that the blending was a bit difficult, so I would recommend using a brush for application.

It glides on like water when applied and becomes powdery over time, but it's much less drying compared to other blurring tints. I really enjoyed how smoothly it applied. It seemed to have a strong pink tone for me.
Cons
It seems like the more you reapply it, the deeper the color gets.

3CE lip tints come in a variety of types and forms, and the colors are also beautiful, so I really have a lot of favorite lip products. This time, the Blur Water Tint has a soft application, is lightweight, and finishes matte, giving a smooth lip expression.
