  I'm a fair-skinned, cool-toned summer beauty with a bright 19 complexion. Despite my deep lip color, I can achieve a moderately made-up look without going overboard. The watery formula dries down to a semi-matte finish quickly, so I can create that effect. Even when I'm short on time in the morning, just applying this product alone gives me a radiant, lit-from-within look.
