  I was tempted by the description of this tint as being moisturizing yet with a powdery finish that doesn't transfer much, so I impulsively bought 5 of them. The texture is truly unique - it's like a water-gel tint, very moisturizing, but when first applied there's a slight veil-like feeling on the lips, almost like you've just applied a hydrating primer.
