I've lost count of how many bottles I've used. Despite Aubrey Organics' rather unimpressive toner packaging, it's a product I always stock up on and use. With 118ml, I go through about one or two bottles a month. When applied, there's a characteristic aloe slipperiness, but it's not the same as glycerin's slick feel. Once it dries, it leaves a refreshing sensation. My face rarely gets blemishes, but when the occasional troublemaker pops up, I soak a cotton pad with this, place it on the spot, sleep on it, and wake up to clear skin. It's also a lifesaver when I've overdone exfoliation and my skin feels raw. There's no denying it - this is my holy grail. Thanks to this, I'm ordering from iHerb at least once a month.
When I'm nearly finished with the bottle and can see the bottom, there's a slightly dark, brownish tint visible. It might be some kind of sediment or residue that doesn't mix well. It's a bit unsettling, but being a natural product, I suppose it's unavoidable. I'll admit, in summer it can feel a bit sticky. I justify it by thinking, 'Well, it's a cleansing toner, so what can you expect?' and continue using it.
There's no larger size available, but there's no need for one either. It's a product you use up quickly and need to repurchase. Just buy it from iHerb - it's cheaper there. The instructions say to refrigerate after opening, but since I use it up in less than a month, I don't bother except in summer. It doesn't seem to spoil when left out, except during the warmer months when I do shuttle it back and forth to the fridge out of caution.
