For my weak, droopy lashes and easily smudging monolids, I need a mascara with great curling and staying power. I prefer waterproof formulas that don't smudge and long lash effects over volume, as I dislike thick application.
As I became interested in vegan and cruelty-free products, I searched for cruelty-free mascaras among Korean brands. There weren't many options, and Dear Dahlia's mascara seemed pricey and had reviews saying it was too clumpy. Then I discovered Amuse's mascara and decided to try it.
⭐️Long lashes and curling:
It creates beautifully long lashes with almost no clumping. While it might lack in volume, it lifts the lashes cleanly and effectively.
⭐️Staying power:
Even with mask-wearing, which usually causes even the strongest mascaras to droop, this one held up perfectly. After 4 hours of talking and working in a humid environment, there was no drooping at all - I'm completely satisfied.
⭐️No smudging:
While waterproof products generally don't smudge much, I've always had issues with smudging on my lower lashes. Surprisingly, this mascara doesn't smudge at all, even on the lower lashes.
⭐️Removal:
It's similar to other waterproof mascaras in terms of removal. I usually use an eye makeup remover, so I don't find it particularly difficult to remove. However, it might be challenging to remove with just warm water.
I'm extremely satisfied! I plan to keep using this mascara in the future.
The price is a bit of a concern... It would be great if it could be purchased for around $10. The current price of $22.50 including shipping feels a bit steep.
I'd love to see a brown shade available.
Other than that, I have no complaints about the product's performance!
