The evaluation of good or bad can vary from person to person. Nowadays, the perception has changed that it is better to use both slightly acidic and slightly alkaline products alternately. This is because slightly acidic products, while being gentle, can sometimes lack sufficient cleansing. I have been using Laneige's cleansing oil for several years now. To thoroughly remove mineral sunscreen, using oil to dissolve it is the best method. There is a video by Detectorist where they experiment on how much each cleansing product can remove mineral and organic sunscreens, so I recommend watching it. The methods for removing mineral and organic sunscreens are quite different. This product is 92.7% natural oils, so it is effective in melting away sebum if left on for about 15 minutes. With 93% natural ingredients, it is also good for oil massages. (Some people don't like the oily feeling left behind after oil massages with regular products, but applying a lotion afterwards can help with that.) When I use mineral oil-based cleansing oils, my skin tends to peel off like dead skin. The best cleansing oils for sensitive skin are those with over 90% natural oils. Finding a product with over 90% natural oils is extremely difficult. Anyway, this cleansing gel always comes along with the cleansing oil. However, I've always left it unused in the drawer. As my skin is sensitive to ingredients, I prefer discounts over samples. Since I've used up my previous mildly acidic cleansing foam, I've finally opened this one. Squeezing the sample tube, it's a thin gel type that comes out in a large amount. I tried using it with a mesh sponge to create lather, but the lather didn't form well, so I ended up gently massaging it with my hands to create foam and then rinsing. As it seems intended to be used with the cleansing oil to thoroughly remove oil, it does a great job of removing any trace of oil from the skin. However, this also means it strips away a lot of the skin's natural moisture, so you'll need to use a mist or pads afterwards if using this product. Compared to the slightly alkaline foam I have at home, this one leaves the skin feeling quite dry. As mentioned earlier, if my skin is not peeling, it doesn't cause excessive dryness, but on drier days, it can cause slight peeling. For me, this is not an everyday product, but one I'll use occasionally when I feel the need for a deeper cleanse. Since I've settled on Laneige's cleansing oil as my go-to, I'll just use this one from time to time when my skin needs that extra cleansing.For combination or oily skin types, this product would likely have a high satisfaction rate. Given its strong cleansing power, the fact that it doesn't overly impact sensitive skin is quite impressive for this product.

I think the foam and cleansing gel products are actually selling well, as they also come with toners and cleansing oils. I mainly use 2 mild acidic foams and 2 mild alkaline foams, and choose them based on my hormonal balance and sebum production. These products are just occasional items for me, so the 30ml oil sample is enough, and I probably won't even finish using the entire sample before buying a new one. I love Laneige, but I'm sorry. As I mentioned, these are just occasional items for me due to my sensitivity. For combination or oily skin types, the satisfaction would be much higher. I'd also recommend these products to those who have sensitive skin but are concerned about excess sebum lately. Even sensitive skin can accumulate sebum!
