Skin Type: Oily Skin -Great value for money : This is the first time I've seen a toner that's so cheap and has such a large quantity...ㅋㅜ You can buy it cheaply when it's on sale at Hwahae, so everyone should grab it😊 -Good for the first step of skincare : As a water toner, it's great to apply directly to the face as the first step of skincare. There's a lot of product, and it really made me realize that cheap is not always cheerful.. I bought it because the Hwahae Trial Reviewer ratings were quite high, but from now on, I'll only look at reviews with lower ratings and buy accordingly. This is truly one of the worst cosmetic products I've ever used in my life.
Cons
First of all, it came unsealed, which was quite concerning. When I opened it, the sealing adhesion was very weak. The photo I uploaded shows the inner seal still intact, which is surprising given that I bought it from the official store. And because the weather was cold, the product was frozen like a slushie. Moreover, the fragrance is extremely unpleasant and overpowering. It's hard to believe this is a facial product. Even when I applied it to my body, the smell was so strong that it gave me a headache. The capacity is huge and I saw on Hwahae that the ingredients are very gentle. I bought it because it was sold for less than 10,000 won at Olive Young. The cost-effectiveness is so good that I was worried it might be too watery or stinging, but there was none of that and it was light and good.
Cons
The smell is aaaawful. When I'm wearing it, I feel like I'm the dish or the cup in the sink, not myself. It's like the Pongpong scent is going to make bubbles on my face. If only the scent wasn't so bad, I would've stuck with this toner... +I used it for a week but the scent was so unbearable that I had to throw it away.

My skin is oily on the forehead and nose, and normal to dry on the cheeks. I have butterfly-shaped pores. 🔫 Volume/Price Wow, the volume is amazing at 1000ml... And the cost-effectiveness is great too. I bought it on Coupang for less than 10,000 won. 🔫 Texture/Formulation The texture is refreshing. It's not just any skin product! The formulation is not runny but a complete water toner (about a 1:9 ratio of viscosity to water). There's hardly any oil. 🔫 Dryness/Hydration Wow, using this, I've overcome my dehydration issues...! Just applying it once and following up with a cream, my skin doesn't feel tight at all. ♡♡ But hydration alone from this isn't enough - it's still drying. You definitely need to finish with a cream or lotion. (Added on 9.8: My skin seems to have developed a tolerance... The initial deep hydration is no longer as satisfying, around 78%.) 🔫 Soothing/Cooling The soothing effect was just so-so. I didn't feel my troubles calming down when using it as a sheet mask. But it worked well as a cooling agent when soaked in cotton pads. I'm a big fan of this product. Even as a student, I can afford it, and the quality is amazing for the price.
